Gordon is both the founding partner of Inframon and one of the most widely known and
regarded Microsoft MVPs. Gordon first began working with Operations Manager at
Mission Critical software prior to Microsoft purchasing it.
Subsequently Gordon has participated in a large number of deployments and has even written
a book about it. Gordon is a well established authority in his field and regularly speaks
about operations manager in the field on behalf of Microsoft at events such as MMS
and IT Forum.
